Thank you for a good work of helping people around the world and deciding to volunteer with us . Actually my Foundation operates all over the District of Masaka with our target groups are primary schools, Women groups, Community elders and the youth. Volunteering with us had set an amount before as a charge of 800$ USD, for 1 person per month which includes Accommodation, daily meals, and daily transport to a work place from the House. This charges excludes Airport pick up and drop after volunteers period. We are about 3 hours drive from the airport to the area. We normally work in remote areas only but we take our inhand projects as our priorities like the Orphanage, Foundation school and Women groups plus the youth projects.
In detailing some of these, We have an orphanage Home in a place called Namwanzi village about 2hrs drive from the Kampala city, This Orphanage was started in 2002 and registered as a charity in February 2005, it has one single dometry with 45 orphans from 3 years to 10 years and another house for caretakers . It is very next to our simple Chapel , our Kindergarten and pri-primary school. We use that chapel as our seminar hall for the women groups , elders, youth, for meetings. We do train women and others in self help projects like agricultural skill, farming, crafts and other house hold income generating activities. We offer Environmental programs like tree plantings, Aids awareness through parents to children, Domestic violence in women and children, Rights to Education for Children, Child Sponsor ship and we have a big land for most of the physical practices . So kinds of skills are possible with us. We have neighboring projects and programs so we can also do community out reach according to the possibilities .
